Project 02 / Mobile service
Kerb Remote Barbers.
A straightforward, mobile-first booking experience for a barbering service that brings the chair directly to the customer.

The project
Making an unusual service instantly understandable.
The brief
Kerb Remote Barbers offers something more convenient than a traditional barbershop, but the idea has to be understood immediately: the barber travels to the customer. The website needed to communicate that difference in seconds, answer the practical questions that could delay a booking and work particularly well for visitors arriving on their phones.
The approach
The entire experience is built around a direct message—“The chair comes to you”—supported by visible booking actions and plain-language explanations. Services, inclusive call-out pricing and coverage information are organised in the same order a prospective customer is likely to question them. The visual system keeps the barbering identity recognisable while using space and hierarchy to prevent the service details from feeling cluttered.
What was delivered
Design decisions
A warm neutral background makes the red booking actions highly visible without creating visual noise. Large, direct typography keeps the proposition clear, and repeated calls to action ensure that a customer never has to search for the next step as they move through services, prices and availability.
