The project
Turning an intangible service into a clear journey.
The brief
Coaching is personal, and visitors often need to understand both the process and the person behind it before they feel ready to make contact. North Star Coaching required a website that could express optimism without becoming vague, demonstrate a structured approach and make a free introductory call feel like a natural, low-pressure next step.
The approach
The site is organised as a guided journey from recognition to reassurance: an emotionally clear opening, a concise explanation of the coaching approach, practical service information and repeated opportunities to book a conversation. The visual language uses direction-inspired forms and a composed blue palette to reinforce the North Star idea without relying on predictable motivational imagery.
What was delivered
Design decisions
Soft white space keeps the experience unhurried, while the contrast between serif headlines and clean supporting type balances warmth with professionalism. The abstract directional graphic gives the brand a memorable asset without distracting from the central promise: clarity, confidence and forward movement.
