1. About Rhinty

Rhinty is a sole-trader web service based in Welshpool, UK. Contact details are 07721 821107 and hello@rhinty.co.uk.

2. The £69.99 website package

The standard Rhinty website service is £69.99 as a one-off fee. It includes a professional business website, mobile-friendly design, basic SEO setup, your supplied business information and services, one round of amendments, a Xero invoice, delivery of the completed website files as a ZIP file and one free Google Review NFC tag supplied separately.

3. What is outside the standard package

The standard package is intended for simple informational, advertising-style and portfolio websites. It does not include online booking systems, ecommerce, online payment processing, customer accounts, memberships, newsletters or email marketing systems, databases, bespoke web applications, hosting, domain registration or third-party subscriptions. Any additional work will be discussed and priced separately before it is carried out.

4. Content supplied by you

You are responsible for providing accurate text, images, logos, contact details and other materials you want included. You confirm that you have permission to use material you provide. Rhinty may rely on the information you supply when preparing the website.

5. Payment and project start

Payment arrangements will be confirmed before work begins. Rhinty may wait for payment and the required project information before starting the build.

6. Amendments

The package includes one reasonable round of amendments within the agreed scope. Additional rounds, substantial changes, additional pages or functionality outside the package may be quoted separately.

7. Google Review NFC tag

The free Google Review NFC tag is a physical item supplied separately from the website ZIP. It may arrive after the website. You are responsible for providing or approving the correct Google review destination and for using the tag in accordance with applicable Google policies. Delivery times for the tag may differ from website delivery.

8. Delivery and hosting

The finished website is delivered as a ZIP file. Unless separately agreed, Rhinty does not provide hosting, domain registration, ongoing maintenance or a continuing support subscription. Your hosting or domain provider may charge separately and may have its own technical requirements.

9. Intellectual property

Once the agreed fee has been paid in full, you may use the website files supplied by Rhinty for your business or project. Third-party assets, fonts, images, software and services may remain subject to their own licence terms. Rhinty may show completed work as a portfolio example unless you ask us not to do so.

10. Cancellation and consumer rights

If you are a consumer, applicable UK consumer protection and cancellation rights are not excluded by these terms. If you want to cancel, contact Rhinty as soon as possible. If you ask Rhinty to start work before any applicable cancellation period has ended, you may be asked to expressly request early performance. Any statutory right to cancel, and any rules about payment for work already performed where applicable, will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

11. Complaints

If you have a concern about the service, please contact Rhinty first at hello@rhinty.co.uk so the issue can be reviewed and resolved where possible.

12. Liability

Rhinty will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Rhinty is not responsible for problems caused by third-party hosting, domain services, third-party integrations, inaccurate information supplied by you or changes made after delivery.

13. Changes to these terms

The terms applying to a project will normally be those agreed when the order is accepted. Rhinty may update these published terms for future projects.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
